Ronald Searle

I came across the work of Ronald Searle yesterday…and I love it!  Looking at these funny illustrations it’s hard to believe that he spent several years in a POW death camp during WWII. Not only do I find his style and humor inspiring, but the fact that he was able to retain a sense of humor inspires me most. The human spirit is an amazing thing.
